Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in management.
• Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams and delivery of service excellence.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culture of service excellence, teamwork and respect among staff.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and department heads to align hospitality with the community's mission.
• Manage a diverse team across dining, housekeeping and recreation with mentorship and development.
• Develop and implement best practices for high-quality resident care and experiences.
• Regularly assess and improve resident experience using feedback and changes.
• Oversee budgets and control costs while maintaining service quality.
• Provide guidance to reception on welcoming guests and residents in a warm atmosphere.
• Coordinate with dining leadership to ensure nutritious, well-balanced meals.
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with events and activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Support staff training and performance evaluation as directed.
