Legacy House of South Jordan is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Director/ Assistant Executive Director to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional resident care in a senior living community.

You will coach nursing and caregiving teams, recruit and develop staff, manage occupancy goals, and uphold regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, resident-centered service. Join a mission-driven team focused on growth and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Healthcare, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and supporting healthcare operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Passion for serving seniors and making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the Nursing Services Department and community care services.
• Support, coach, and supervise nursing and caregiving team members.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain quality staff.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
• Support occupancy goals while ensuring appropriate levels of resident care.
