Job summary

The Associate Executive Director for Brightview Senior Living will help lead a team across Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance and the Business Office in Northern New Jersey communities Wayne, Warren, Tenafly, Paramus and Randolph.

You will partner with the Executive Director to drive exceptional resident satisfaction, associate engagement and strong financial results, while supervising 3-5 department heads and guiding daily operations across the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a similar environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and industry‑specific software for marketing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
• State licensing requirements where applicable.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
• Ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
