Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking an Associate Executive Director to lead a vibrant community in the Baltimore region. You will work with the Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive strong financial results while engaging Associates.

You will supervise 3-5 department heads, hire and train staff, and uphold Brightview policies. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of management experience in a similar environment.
• Proficient in MS Office products and industry software for marketing, payroll and AP/AR.
• Meet state licensing requirements (where applicable).
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with the Executive Director to ensure quality service, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Lead across Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance and Business Office.
• Supervise 3–5 department heads and oversee associates; interview, hire, train and discipline as needed.
