You will oversee day-to-day operations across hospitality, health services, dining, programming, sales, maintenance and business office, ensuring exceptional quality and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a similar environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and industry software for marketing, payroll and payables/receivables.
• Meet state licensing requirements (where applicable).
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly.
