Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC seeks an Associate Executive Director to lead a multi-faceted community operation in Northern New Jersey, including Wayne, Warren, Tenafly, Paramus and Randolph. You’ll drive exceptional resident satisfaction, staff engagement and financial performance.

You will oversee Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance and the Business Office, while mentoring three to five department heads and other associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• One to three years of management experience in a similar environment.
• Proficient in MS Office products, internet and industry-specific software for marketing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
• Meet state licensing requirements (where applicable).
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
• Independent decision-making when warranted.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations with creativity and independence.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure quality, service, and resident satisfaction.
• Spearhead hospitality, health services, dining, programming, sales, maintenance and business office activities.
• Provide supervisory leadership to department heads and associates.
• Interview, hire and train associates; assign, direct and evaluate work.
