Ideal candidates will have an accredited nursing degree and RN license, with experience in geriatric and dementia care preferred. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license required.
• Experience in geriatric nursing or gerontology and dementia care preferred.
• 2+ years in a healthcare supervisory role preferred.
• Solid computer and keyboarding skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead the delivery of exceptional clinical care to residents.
• Hire, develop, and supervise a team of Licensed Nurses.
• Provide ongoing nursing assessments and care oversight.
