Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services – HallMar Village in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Nutrition & Culinary Services Supervisor to lead meal preparation and dining experiences for residents. You will supervise cooks and servers, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to menu planning and service quality.

This full‑time role includes every‑other weekend and holiday rotation, with benefits such as health/dental, retirement, PTO, and development opportunities within a mission‑driven senior living

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisor course preferred.
Certification in Dietary Manager preferred.
At least 1 year of food service experience in healthcare or senior services.

Responsibilities

Oversee meal preparation and service based on established menus and regulations.
Solicit resident feedback and adjust meals and service accordingly.
Assist with menu planning and maintain documentation.
Ensure cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
Participate in resident care conferences as assigned.
