Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services HallMar Village in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a Nutrition & Culinary Supervisor to lead staff, supervise meal preparation, and deliver high-quality dining experiences for residents. You will ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies while coordinating with the Nutrition & Culinary Services Director.

The role is full-time with responsibilities including supervising cooks, servers, and lead staff, as well as participating in meal planning and service

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a food service supervisor course is preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with meal preparation and service based on established menus and policies.
• Solicit resident feedback and incorporate improvements to meals and service.
• Assist with menu planning and documentation.
• Monitor meal documentation records per procedures.
• Assist with cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Participate in resident care conferences as assigned.
