Presbyterian Homes & Services Founders Ridge in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Nutrition & Culinary Supervisor to guide meal preparation and dining experiences for residents, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with food service regulations. The role involves menu planning support, accurate meal documentation, coordinating with care teams, and supervising cooks, servers, and lead servers to deliver high quality meals and service.

Strong communication, flexibility and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; food service supervisor course preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food service experience in restaurant, healthcare or senior services.
• Serve Safe Certification knowledge of state and federal rules for food service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with meal preparation and service based on established menus, regulations, policies and best practices.
• Solicit customer feedback and incorporate solutions regarding quality and satisfaction with meals.
• Assist with menu planning.
• Maintain and monitor accurate meal documentation records.
• Assist with cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Participate in resident care conferences as assigned.
