Job summary
Faith Haven Senior Care Center in Jackson, MI seeks an experienced Unit Manager RN to coordinate clinical care on a 24-hour unit. You will lead the nursing team, assign assignments, conduct rounds, and ensure quality care using the latest technologies as part of an interdisciplinary team.
The role offers a starting salary of $86,000 up to $90,000 per year with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and annual salary increases.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing and hold an active RN license in Michigan.
- Current CPR-BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of related nursing experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical ability to develop care plans and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing team, provide direction and assignments, and train staff.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor care.
- Instruct team on skilled care processes and serve as clinical resource.
- Ensure completion of reports such as infection control and quality management.
- Promote hospitality and excellent service in daily interactions with residents and families.
