Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
- Strong analytical abilities to develop care plans and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing team: provide direction, assignments, and training.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct team on skilled care processes and serve as clinical resource.
- Ensure completion of reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
- Promote hospitality and excellent service with residents and families.
