Qualifications

Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Michigan.
Current CPR-BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Supervise the nursing team including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource for clinical issues.
Ensure completion of requested reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
