Faith Haven Senior Care Center in Jackson, MI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead the clinical team on a designated unit within our 24-hour operation. You will coordinate care, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered nursing practice using the latest technology.

This management role requires a Michigan RN license, CPR-BLS, and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Michigan RN license and CPR-BLS certification.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans and oversee quality of care.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork to support staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing team: provide direction, assignments, training, recognition and evaluations.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct team on skilled care processes and serve as a clinical resource.
• Ensure timely completion of reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
• Promote hospitality and exceptional customer service in interactions with residents and families.

Registered Nurse Unit Manager RN | $10,000 Sign On Bonus (Jackson, MI)

The Unit Manager is a registered nurse who is responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24 hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn:

• Starting salary $86,000 per year (up to $90,000)

How you will help people every day:

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
