• Experience overseeing move in processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for new residents and families through move in.
• Coordinate logistics and apartment readiness with key departments.
• Ensure all required documentation, agreements, and assessments are completed by deadlines.
• Prepare welcome and personalize move in experiences.
• Work with nursing to ensure admission orders are completed.
• Assist with tours, events, inquiries and marketing plan execution.
