Simpson is looking for a Move-in & Marketing Coordinator at Jenners Pond in West Grove, PA 19390. The role supports the Sales and Marketing team with move-in paperwork, inquiries, and event planning to provide a welcoming experience for residents and prospects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales/marketing experience in the senior industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with MS-Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for in-person, written, and phone interactions.
• Ability to present to groups and individuals effectively.
• Two years of sales and marketing experience in the senior industry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain move-in and occupancy reports and other sales metrics.
• Assist with event planning and move-in documentation.
• Schedule tours and respond to inquiries from residents and prospects.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare apartments for move-in and keep stakeholders informed.
