Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience working with seniors, preferably in the Senior Housing Industry.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and represent it to referral sources and prospects.
• Give community tours as a backup to Marketing and provide marketing information per the marketing process.
• Qualify prospects, convert them to tours and deposits using the sales process as needed.
• Assist with organizing, planning, and managing all marketing events.
• Attend resident, family inquiry, and referral source events.
