Job summary

The Ivy Arcadia, Oakmont Management Group’s newest luxurious senior living community in Arcadia, California, seeks a Marketing Events Coordinator to support the Marketing Department with event planning and prospect engagement. You will manage inquiries, conduct community tours, and assist with move-ins to ensure a seamless resident experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, organizing events within budget, and representing the property to referral sources and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the property’s products and services to accurately represent the property to referral sources and prospects.
• Lead daily community tours and support the Marketing Department as needed.
• Handle inbound inquiries by phone, walk-ins, and mail; update inquiry cards and marketing database.
• Qualify prospects, convert to tours and deposits using the sales process.
• Organize and manage marketing events within the approved budget.
• Attend resident, family inquiry, and referral events at the community and off-site when required.
• Assist new residents with move-in processes and ensure a smooth transition.
