Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents.
• Develop relationship with new depositors and create transition plan.
• Help manage admissions process to ensure resident and family satisfaction.
• Review floor plans and assist in planning furniture layout.
• Maintain network of referral sources and provide information via materials or presentations.
• Pursue special projects and follow up on requests and assignments.
• Support Marketing Team with timely follow-up of the database.
• Assist in managing the Resident Referral Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
