Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Sales Counselor to enhance resident experience and drive lease-up, maintaining occupancy at or above budget. You will present floor plans, pricing, and benefits to prospects and families, communicating with physicians and the community in a professional, courteous manner.

Under the Executive Director, you will uphold Grand Living standards, processes, and philosophy, building strong referral networks and delivering superior customer service that aligns with our luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of successful sales results.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for communications.

Responsibilities

• Enhance resident experience through positive community relationships.
• Lead lease-up and ongoing occupancy maintenance.
• Communicate pricing, floor plans, and benefits to prospects, families and physicians.
