• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-ins and ensure suites are ready to move in.
• Assist in implementation of marketing plans and outreach programs.
• Communicate marketing, sales and census updates to Leadership team.
• Develop rapport with prospects and maintain relationships with residents.
• Provide tours to prospects and explain services, meals and activities.
