Qualifications

• Attention to accuracy in contracts and residency documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure a smooth, well organized move in for new residents.
• Listen to resident concerns and help resolve issues promptly.
• Gather information to ensure contracts are correct and complete before signing.
• Sign contracts with residents and coordinate moves within the campus.
• Support the Sales Team and Administrative office in day to day operations.
