Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Care Giver (CNA) to support a designated group of residents during shifts, monitor health changes, document observations, respond to call bells, and assist with daily living activities.

You will help maintain resident comfort and safety, support meals and hygiene, participate in life enrichment activities, and work under the supervision of Nurses and Health Care Coordinators to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and conditions.
• Respond to resident call bells promptly and notify supervisors as needed.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation.
• Serve meals, assist with activities of daily living, and promote independence.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities.
• Participate in medication observation and reporting under supervision.
