Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents with safe medication administration and personal care within an Assisted Living community. You will ensure MAR/TAR accuracy, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring medications, documenting care and changes, and collaborating with the health and wellness team to meet individual service plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1+ months of experience in senior living preferred
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervised self-administered medications in accordance with regulations and guidelines
• Provide personal care and nursing support including ADLs and vital signs
• Maintain accurate MAR/TAR records and inventory, notify supervisors of discrepancies
