Job summary

Compass Senior Living seeks a Medication Technician to ensure safe delivery of medications and support for residents in a Lone Oak community in Eugene, OR. This role leads Care Partners on shift, coordinates with the RCC and Administrator, and upholds compliance with policies and procedures.

The position requires empathy, teamwork, and the ability to train and mentor staff while maintaining high standards of resident care and safety in a dynamic senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass medications and assist with self-administration as required by state law.
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents and staff.
• Willingness to lead and mentor Care Partners and Med Techs on shift.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a senior living setting.
