Qualifications

• Evidence of compassionate patient care for seniors.
• Ability to lead Care Partners and Med Techs on shift.
• Experience following state regulations for medication delivery.

Responsibilities

• Pass medication and assist with self-administration as required.
• Guide and support Med Techs and Care Partners on shift.
• Supervise storage, distribution and discontinuation of residents' meds.
• Coordinate with RCC and Administrator for scheduling.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
