Job summary

Compass Senior Living in Red Bluff, CA is seeking a Medication Technician/Med Passer to ensure safe delivery of medications and support residents in self-administration where possible.

You will lead shift teams, train Care Partners and Med Techs, participate in interviewing, orientation, and scheduling coordination with RCC and Administrator. Must meet state regulations and maintain compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pass medication and assist with self-administration as allowed by state law.
• Guide and support the Med Techs on the shift.
• Lead Care Partners on shift as a role model of kindness and collaboration.
• Participate in interviewing new hires and orienting them.
• Provide training and retraining of staff as needed.
