The Grove Senior Living - Medford, OR is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to ensure safe medication delivery and support elder residents’ wellness plans. You will lead shift teammates, coordinate care with the RCC and Administrator, and participate in interviewing and onboarding of staff.

Responsibilities include passing medications, guiding care partners, and maintaining compliance with Compass Senior Living policies. Strong English communication and health requirements are essential.

Mansioni

• Pass medications and assist with self-administration as required by state law.
• Guide and support Med Techs on your shift.
• Lead Care Partners on shift with kindness, accountability and collaboration.
• Interview new Care Partners and Med Techs as needed.
• Provide orientation of new Care Partners and Med Techs.
• Provide training and re-training as required by regulations or needs.
• Coach team members in collaboration with the Administrator.
• Coordinate scheduling with RCC and Administrator.
• Supervise storage, distribution and discontinuation of residents’ medications.
• Maintain compliance with Compass Senior Living policies and procedures.
