The role involves maintaining accurate digital records, coordinating with pharmacy, and assisting with resident care as needed. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, state medication certification, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (or 2–4 years of related experience) as required by Florida regulations.
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines.
• Must complete ESL medication competency upon hire as required by state regulation.
• First Aid and CPR Certification if required by state law and company standards.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures; communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Appearance should be neat and dress code compliant.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and/or assistance according to state regulations.
• Administer medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Order and receive medication; ensure medications are available and coordinate with pharmacy.
• Maintain resident records in the digital platform daily; report changes in condition.
• Perform room visits and checks; assist with resident care when needed.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies; monitor safety and well-being.
