Experience Senior Living seeks a dedicated Medication Assistant to support residents with medication reminders and administration. You will maintain accurate digital records, communicate with nursing staff, and assist with resident care while ensuring safety and compliance with state guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, medication certification as required, ESL competency, and First Aid/CPR where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and medication certification per state guidelines.
• First Aid and CPR certification where required by law or policy.
• Ability to read, interpret safety rules and procedures clearly.

Aufgaben

• Provide medication reminders and/or assistance according to state regulations.
• Administer medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Order and receive medication and coordinate with the pharmacy as needed.
• Maintain resident records in the digital platform daily and report changes.
• Perform room visits and room checks on a regular basis.
• Assist with resident care when needed and respond to requests promptly.
• Monitor safety and well being and report changes to Health/Nurse on duty.
• Ensure compliance to guidelines when residents self-administer medications.
