Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and administer according to state regulations.
• Order and receive medications; coordinate with pharmacy.
• Maintain resident records in a digital platform daily.
• Perform room visits and assist with resident care.
• Respond promptly to resident requests, including emergency calls.
• Monitor safety and communicate changes to supervisors.
• Work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
