Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a Medication Assistant to support residents in a Colorado facility. You will provide medication reminders and administer medications as allowed by state guidelines, while maintaining accurate digital records and coordinating with the nursing team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, state medication certification, ESL competency, and possibly First Aid/CPR depending on state requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines.
• Must successfully complete ESL medication competency upon hire and as required by state regulation.
• First Aid and CPR Certification if required by state law and/or Company standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide medication reminders and/or assistance according to state regulations.
• Administer medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Order and receive medication; ensure availability and communicate with pharmacy.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure optimum services to residents.
• Maintain resident records in the digital platform daily (medication distribution, incidents, observations).
• Perform room visits and room checks regularly.
• Assist with resident care when needed.
• Respond promptly to resident requests for assistance and family inquiries.
