Qualifications

• Associate degree or Medical Records certification preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Computer literacy required; strong communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Organize, file, and maintain medical records in EHR and paper formats.
• Retrieve and prepare patient files for appointments, procedures, or audits.
• Ensure records are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy laws.
• Assist staff with documentation requests, data entry, and record updates.
• Scan and index paper records for easy electronic access.
• Verify patient information during updates or data entry.
• Support confidentiality and security of all medical records.
