Acacia Health Center in Phoenix is seeking a Medical Records Assistant to organize, file and maintain patient records in EHR systems and paper formats. You will schedule resident appointments, arrange transportation, and communicate with residents, families and staff to ensure accurate documentation.
The role requires English fluency, a background in medical records, and at least an associate degree or certification.
Hourly Rate: starting at $18/ hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-5p

This position maintains the medical records system in compliance with corporate, state and federal regulations ensuring proper recording, filing and upkeep of the Health Services residents’ medical records.
