Bridgeway Park Superior is seeking Med Techs to provide compassionate care to residents, including medication administration and daily living assistance. Competitive pay and benefits are highlighted, with orientation and training provided to ensure success in the role.

Ideal candidates will have experience administering medications for seniors, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. The position involves shift work, including every other weekend, and offers room for growth

Qualifications

• Experience in medication administration and working with seniors.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Administer medications and injections per physician orders and document accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe environment; follow infection control procedures.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Respond to call lights and assist residents with meals; support other team members as needed.
