Bridgeway Park Superior is seeking Med Techs to provide compassionate care to residents, including medication administration and daily living assistance. Competitive pay and benefits are highlighted, with orientation and training provided to ensure success in the role.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Administer medications and injections per physician orders and document accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe environment; follow infection control procedures.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Respond to call lights and assist residents with meals; support other team members as needed.

You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our valued residents. As Med Tech you will be in charge of:

• Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking
• Administering medications and injections to residents based on physicians’ orders recorded in medical charts
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the environment which may involve light housekeeping duties
• Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
• Monitoring for changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the supervisor
• Following schedule, assisting residents with repositioning
• Adhering to procedures regarding documenting of medications accurately
• Utilize good judgment in providing client care and ensuring their safety
• Assisting other team members with their duties as necessary
• Responding to call lights and assess residents’ needs promptly
• Obtain meal trays and assist with eating
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
