Job summary

Bridgeway Park Superior in Michigan is seeking Med Techs to provide compassionate care and support to our elderly residents. You will administer medications, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

We offer orientation and training, paid time off from day one, room for growth, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision for full-time staff. Weekend shifts required on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Experience with medication administration and caring for seniors.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
• Tapcheck pay access.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities.
• Administering medications and injections per physician orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and infection control.
• Monitoring residents and communicating changes to supervisor.
• Documenting medications accurately and following safety procedures.
• Assisting other team members as needed.
• Responding to call lights and helping with meals when required.
