Job summary

Bridgeway Park Superior Senior Living Facility is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and medication administration. Join a team that values compassionate care, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth in a welcoming, community-focused setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, maintaining a clean environment, and documenting medications. We offer orientation, competitive pay, room for growth, and paid time off starting day one

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Every other weekend shifts required.
• Valid Driver’s license or ID.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as transferring, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Maintain cleanliness of the living environment, including light housekeeping.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to supervisor.
• Document medications accurately and follow procedures.
• Respond to call lights and assess residents' needs promptly.
• Assist other team members as needed and support safety procedures.
• Support residents with meals and feeding when required.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Attend orientation and training to excel in the role.
