Qualifications

• Experience in medication administration and working with seniors.
• Capable of passing a background check and providing reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and follow training.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities.
• Administering medications and injections to residents based on physicians' orders.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the environment and light housekeeping duties.
• Complying with safety and health standards, including infection control.
• Monitoring changes in residents' conditions and communicating with supervisor.
• Following schedule and assisting residents with repositioning.
• Documenting medications accurately and using good judgment in client care.
• Assisting other team members as necessary and responding to call lights.
