Job summary

Bridgeway Park Lansing is seeking a Med Tech to provide compassionate care for residents. You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications per physician orders, and support safety and cleanliness in a senior living environment.

Full orientation and ongoing training are provided. The position offers benefits and paid time off, with opportunities for growth. Availability every other weekend is required and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Experience in medication administration and working with seniors.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work every other weekend is required.
• Tapcheck, access your pay when you need it.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to residents with daily living activities (transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking).
• Administer medications and injections as per physicians' orders recorded in charts.
• Maintain environment cleanliness; perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Comply with safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to supervisor.
