Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to join our community in Southern Pines, North Carolina. You will provide hands-on care, support residents’ daily living activities, and help with medication administration under supervision, ensuring a safe, home-like environment.

Qualifications include CNA certification preferred, a high school diploma or GED, and experience with seniors. CPR/First Aid are pluses, and the role emphasizes dignity and safety in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift, knowing where they are and checking on them throughout the shift.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor of increased care needs.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation of resident areas.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, activities, and daily living tasks as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
