Morningside Elite Management in Laurel, Maryland, is seeking a Director of Sales for our senior living communities. You will lead sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy budgets, manage tours, follow up on inquiries, and drive referrals.

The role requires coordinating with the Executive Director and regional leaders to implement marketing plans, build community outreach, and maintain strong relationships with residents and families.

Formación

• Experience in sales/admission in senior living.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directs all sales and marketing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Schedule, organize and conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Follow up with walk-ins, phone-ins, and inquiries promptly.
• Plan events with Sales and Marketing Team to generate leads and referrals.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families and care providers.
• Keep leadership informed of sales activities and lead status.
• Assist in developing quarterly marketing plans and community outreach.
