Freedom Village of Bradenton is seeking a Marketing and Sales Director to plan, develop and coordinate all marketing and sales activities for independent living residences. You will lead direct sales, manage a team, and drive lead generation through advertising, referrals and events.

The role requires a strong track record in sales, familiarity with CRM systems, and a commitment to resident-centered care within a hospitality-focused senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Successful Completion of Background Screening through AHCA.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop and coordinate all aspects of marketing and sales for independent living residences.
• Direct sales, manage team performance and lead generation programs including advertising, referrals, and events.
• Oversee promotions budget and input into community systems.
• Communicate effectively with the Executive Director and leadership team.
• Supervise Residency Counselors, Marketing staff, and related office roles; may require evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prepare and maintain timely reports as required.
