Freedom Village of Bradenton in Florida seeks a Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care to lead our AL and Memory Care neighborhoods. This senior leadership role focuses on resident safety, staff development, regulatory compliance, and delivering a compassionate, home-like experience.

You will oversee daily operations, partner with families and clinical teams, recruit and coach staff, and drive quality improvement while maintaining a culture of accountability and respect for residents.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and employees.
• Ensure individualized, compassionate care per service plans.
• Lead and develop a team of senior-living professionals.
• Recruit, train, coach, recognize, and retain staff.
• Establish expectations and promote accountability and teamwork.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams on resident changes.
• Oversee Memory Care services and dementia care practices.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up on incidents and care concerns.
• Monitor staffing, labor, and expenses.
• Participate in leadership and quality improvement meetings.
• Work with HR on employee relations and development.
• Partner with Exec Director to support community success.
