Job summary

Lake Port Square in Leesburg, FL seeks a Director of Marketing and Sales to plan, develop, and coordinate all aspects of selling and marketing the independent living residences. You will lead direct sales, manage team performance, and drive lead generation through advertising, referrals, and events.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, 5+ years in sales/marketing, CRM proficiency, and Salesforce/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and executes all aspects of community independent living occupancy development in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Executes sales, marketing, referral and advertising objectives and strategies per annual plan.
• Develops and manages the Promotion and Sales budget.
• Maintains input into C3 Leads and C3 LinC or other systems and reports.
