Job summary

Freedom Village of Bradenton is seeking a Marketing and Sales Director to lead marketing and occupancy efforts for our independent living residences. The role involves directing sales, overseeing a team, and managing advertising, referrals and events to grow occupancy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/marketing within senior living or hospitality, with CRM proficiency and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, direct and coordinate all aspects of selling and marketing independent living residences.
• Lead the sales, marketing, referral and advertising objectives per annual plan.
• Manage Residency Counselors, Marketing staff and budget to meet occupancy goals.
• Ensure timely input into community systems and accurate reporting.
