The Ivy Mountain View, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support referrals and community tours in our Denver-area senior living community. You will handle inquiries, schedule events, and contribute to sales through the marketing process.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly, resident-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Count and perform moderately complex math.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of property services to represent it to referrals and prospects.
• Walk community tour route each day and prepare for tours.
• Give community tours as a backup to Marketing.
• Handle inbound inquiries and manage information in the marketing database.
• Qualify prospects, schedule tours, and convert deposits per the sales process.
• Organize events within budget and participate in resident and referral source events.
• Assist residents and families; ensure smooth move-in experience.
• Complete and verify new move-in checklists.
