Job summary

Enriched Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform maintenance and repairs of the buildings and grounds. The role includes preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and accessibility for residents.

The candidate will inspect, repair, and service HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and oversee contractors when required. Responsibilities also include assisting with move-ins/outs, managing supplies, and following all regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or GED; or 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Licenses/Certifications: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Paints and repairs masonry, woodwork, and furnishings or oversees contractor work to keep buildings attractive and safe.
• Maintains grounds: mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, raking leaves and debris.
• Cleans and maintains buildings: buffing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, windows.
