Sinceri Senior Living in Louisville, KY is seeking a Maintenance Caregiver to assist the Maintenance Department in keeping the facility safe, attractive, and well maintained for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include routine upkeep, responding to maintenance requests, assisting with fire and life safety drills, and ensuring 24-hour repair readiness. Strong communication and compassion for the elderly are essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years relevant maintenance experience.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, vendors and public.
• Compassion for elderly and desire to work with seniors.
• Basic reporting and organizational skills.
• Must be capable of maintaining proper attendance.

Mansioni

• Perform routine maintenance for the facility and residents as if it were your own home and family.
• Assist the Executive Director with fire and life safety training and drills.
• Respond to resident/Executive Director/staff requests for maintenance through reports and log system.
• Ensure 24-hour repair/response time for all daily maintenance requests.
• Carry out minor repairs.
• Maintain interiors to be neat, painted and free of chips/scratches; patching and carpet/floor care.
• Maintain grounds, exterior and interior; weed beds and lawns; seasonal foliage.
