You will perform routine maintenance, respond to resident and staff requests, and support fire and life safety drills, ensuring 24-hour readiness.

Competenze

• Relevant work experience in building maintenance or facilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and vendors
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly

Mansioni

• Care for routine maintenance needs of the facility and residents
• Assist with fire and life safety training and drills
• Respond to requests for maintenance via reports and log system
• Ensure timely repair/response to daily maintenance requests
• Perform minor repairs and upkeep of interiors and exteriors
• Maintain grounds, signage and seasonal exterior upkeep
